POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Manoir les Générations is currently seeking a daytime maintenance worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in the common areas and apartments. Part-time position, 20 hours per week.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Transparent and salt the entrances
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- Having experience in painting
