Sales Manager – High-Volume Automotive Dealership

United Motorz is looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to join our high-volume automotive dealership.

With approximately 160-200 vehicles in stock and over 100+ Cars sold per month, we are a fast-paced dealership looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to lead a sales team, manage internet and showroom leads, maximize opportunities, and consistently hit monthly sales targets.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who knows how to build a winning sales culture and get results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire sales team on a daily basis
- Take ownership of all incoming sales leads and ensure they are followed up with quickly and professionally
- Monitor lead distribution, response times, appointments, follow-ups, and closing ratios
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team
- Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Hold salespeople accountable for their individual performance
- Work directly with sales staff to improve closing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Manage the sales floor and maintain a high-energy, performance-driven environment
- Monitor inventory and work with management to identify vehicles that need pricing adjustments or price drops
- Help ensure vehicles are priced competitively and positioned to sell
- Review sales performance and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new salespeople
- Coach underperforming salespeople and develop top performers
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency and accountability throughout the sales department
- Help create and implement sales strategies to increase monthly volume
- Work closely with management to ensure inventory is moving efficiently
- Lead by example and be actively involved in deals when necessary




- Ensure customers receive an exceptional buying experience from initial lead to delivery

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive sales management experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and lead management
- Experience managing a high-volume sales environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong follow-up and accountability skills
- Ability to motivate a team and create a competitive but positive culture
- Comfortable working with sales numbers, KPIs, lead reports, and performance metrics
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be hands-on, energetic, and results-oriented
- Must be willing to hold yourself and your team accountable
