Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CPA-certified Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will support our organization’s financial health by performing essential bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accounting records using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and Accountancy software tools.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to verify accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct auditing procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Process payroll accurately while adhering to relevant tax laws and company policies.




- Assist with account analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other accounting tools.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable/receivable management.
- Experience with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with corporate finance practices and financial services industry standards.
- Ability to perform auditing tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and budget development.
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and related tax regulations.
