In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service while helping pet parents choose the best food, treats, toys, and supplies for their pets. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist pet parents in selecting products that best meet their pets' needs
- Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise while maintaining organized displays
- Perform general store maintenance, including cleaning, merchandising, and inventory replenishment
- Assist with receiving deliveries, including lifting and stocking pet food and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Complete basic operational tasks such as order preparation, cash handling,



and other daily store duties
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash transactions
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Available to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
