Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive painting and refinishing. This role requires expertise in preparing vehicles for paint application, mixing paint to achieve the perfect color match, and applying paint using spray guns and other techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paint colors to match vehicles' specifications.
- Apply paint evenly and smoothly to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations when handling paint and materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of paint booths and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Painter or similar role.
- Experience with BASF products preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing and refinishing vehicles for painting.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques.
- Ability to use spray guns and other painting equipment effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.




- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Certification in automotive painting or related field is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
