Harbour Health Collective is a brand-new multidisciplinary health centre opening in Musquodoboit Harbour, and we are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our founding team.

Located directly on Highway #7, approximately 20 minutes from Dartmouth, our clinic has been designed to bring exceptional, cooperative healthcare to the growing Eastern Shore community.

We are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centred care and wants to build their practice within a professional, supportive and genuinely collaborative healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans within your professional scope of practice
- Provide evidence-informed naturopathic care
- Educate and support patients in understanding their health and treatment options
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential patient records
- Practise in accordance with applicable professional, ethical and regulatory requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Make and receive appropriate referrals within the clinic and broader healthcare community
- Maintain required professional registration, insurance and continuing education
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and collaborative clinic culture

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate of an accredited naturopathic medical program




- Licensed or eligible to practise naturopathic medicine in Nova Scotia
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed and patient-centred care
- Professional, dependable and organized
- Ability to practise independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team
