**About This Role **
Our Sales Counselors serve families by selling pre-need funeral arrangements and providing exemplary personalized service. You'll play an essential role in generating revenue for the funeral home and acting as the primary contact for families.
A successful candidate is a self-starter, has a positive phone and in-person presence, is invested in community engagement, and daily prospecting.

- Schedule Appointments through daily phone and email prospecting activities.
- Lead outreach and networking events to build strong community relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce platform proficiently for lead management and execution.
- Present, recommend and sell products/services to the family clients based on their individual needs.
- Conduct oneself in a professional, eithical, and empathetic manner.
- Work autonomously to create and add new business, while also working in close collaboration with supporting departments and the Sales Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
