Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pharmacy Assistant with strong experience using Kroll to join our team in Mission, BC. The ideal candidate is confident working in a rapid-paced environment, highly accurate, and able to manage daily pharmacy workflow with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Process prescriptions using Kroll pharmacy software
- Accurately enter patient and prescription information
- Prepare and label prescriptions, including compounding, under pharmacist supervision
- Provide professional and efficient customer service
- Manage cash register and process transactions
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace
- Support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency
- Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements





Qualifications

- 3–5 years of pharmacy assistant experience required
- Mandatory experience with Kroll pharmacy software
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and best practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
