427/QEW Kia is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Concierge / Lot Coordinator to manage our ground-level vehicle and customer operations.

Our dealership operates from a modern multi-level facility, and this position plays an key role in creating a smooth customer experience from the moment a vehicle enters the property.

Key Responsibilities

The Automotive Concierge / Lot Coordinator will be responsible for managing both the covered and uncovered ground-level parking areas, while assisting with the overall flow of customers and vehicles throughout the dealership.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and organize vehicles throughout the covered and uncovered ground-level lots
- Greet Service customers immediately upon arrival and provide a professional first impression
- Direct incoming customers to the appropriate Service, Parts, or Sales area
- Maintain an organized flow of incoming and outgoing Service vehicles
- Ensure customer vehicles are parked in their designated areas
- Stage completed Service vehicles for efficient customer pickup
- Coordinate vehicle movement with Service Advisors, Technicians, Detailers, and other dealership staff
- Help prevent congestion at the Service entrance and covered drive-through area
- Monitor available parking spaces and ensure vehicles are not left in incorrect areas
- Assist with locating customer and dealership vehicles when required
- Ensure the ground-level customer arrival and parking areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Report improperly parked vehicles, damage, safety concerns, or other issues to management
- Assist with vehicle photos and walk-around inspections when required
- Provide customers with directions to the elevator, stairs, Service Reception,



Parts Department, or Sales Department
- Assist with customer vehicle pickup and delivery coordination
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the ground-level operation

- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple vehicles and priorities at once
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Takes ownership of their work area without requiring constant supervision
- Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the day
- Can work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Works well with Service Advisors, Technicians, Detailers, Sales staff, and management
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is punctual, reliable, and professional
- Has a valid Ontario driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Is comfortable driving and parking a variety of customer vehicles

Previous dealership, valet, automotive, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
