Job Information: The purpose of this role is the collection and reconciliation of defined number of accounts receivable customers.
What you’ll do…
- Investigate unapplied payments.
- Investigate and resolve all billing/contract/accounting disputes.
- Liaise between sales/billing/customer to ensure that all credit issues are identified and resolved in timely fashion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of collection activity and customer interactions of accounts.
- Reconcile large account statements with agency / client accounts.
- Prepare all adjustments and write-offs.
- Measure of team key performance indicators.
- Prepare month-end receivables reconciliations.
- Review and recommend process improvements.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of the constraints of this job description as necessary.
Who You Are…
- 2 – 3 years of collection experience.
- Knowledge of Outstanding Plains software is preferred.
- Administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written in English. (French is Asset)
