Simplechic Jewelry is a fast-growing Alberta local jewelry brand. Currently, we have seven storefronts at CF Chinook Mall, Market Mall, Cross Iron Mills and West Edmonton Mall, South Gate, Toronto Eaton center and CF shops at Don mills. We are planning to open more locations in the foreseeable future.
We need a few part-time and full-time Brand Ambassadors to help us with our daily operations.
Pay type: Hourly pay + Commission + Tips
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative,
Sales Associate or similar role.
- Basic handcraft skills
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Retail experience or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
