Position Title: Forklift Driver/Material Handler

Environment: Warehouse

Location: 14210 - 157 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6V 0K8

Shifts: 8 Hours

Days: Monday to Friday (may be required to work Saturdays)

Rate of Pay: $20/hr

Type: Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities

- Order picking with forklift;
- Pick, pack, prepare and dispatch products as per order;
- Load and unload goods in secure manner;
- Ensured proper storage of products in the warehouse;
- Verify quantities and items accurately before shipping and receiving;
- Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment;
- Assist with assembly operations as required;
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment;
- Operate un-baling machine;
- Product quality control;
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years related work experiences.
- Forklift License required – will provide training on site specific equipment as required
- Experience working in busy warehouse setting
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow instruction
- Excellent eye and hand coordination
- Physical fit and able to lift up to 60lbs
- Strong team player and can work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- This job involves sitting or standing for long periods of time
