Working Hours: The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Clinic hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Must be open to work weekends

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones/ books appointments and greet patients with excellent customer service, ensuring current demographics during check-in.
- Clean and organize exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day; maintain overall clinic cleanliness.
- Respect and maintain patient privacy and dignity, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns in a supportive and informative manner.
- Update and maintain patient charts, utilizing Alberta Netcare and the Clinic EMR (Accuro).
- Maintain sufficient stock of office and clinical supplies in examination rooms.
- Chaperone physicians and assist with patient care.
- Perform appointment bookings, reminders, and follow-up calls.
