Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning

If you've spent a couple of years running an operations or services team in the cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance world, we are interested in speaking to you.

Responsibilities

You'll own the day-to-day performance of cleaning operations across multiple client sites in and around theh GTA. That means:

- Keeping daily service delivery on spec and on standard — no excuses, no surprises
- Owning your budget: supplies, labour, repairs, maintenance
- Running site audits on schedule and closing out issues fast, not eventually
- Hiring, training, and coaching a service team — including the harder conversations when performance needs to improve
- Staying in regular contact with senior leadership so nothing falls through the cracks




- Being the person who picks up the phone when something breaks after hours

What You Bring

- 2+ years managing an operations or services team in cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance
- A genuine standard for quality — you notice things other people walk past
- Comfort working fast, under pressure, without losing attention to detail
- Real client-relationship instincts: you build trust, not just checklists
- Solid grounding in health & safety practices
- Enough tech comfort to pick up current software
- Willingness to travel regularly within your territory
- A clean background check, valid driver's license, and clean driver's abstract
