- Use a cash register to record orders, payments, and refunds.
- Prepare sandwiches and other simple foods
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuff
- Receive, store, and unpack supplies into refrigerators, freezers
- Keep record of quantities of food used
