Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials to ensure smooth service flow




- Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, adhering to legal alcohol service regulations

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order tallying
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that require multitasking and quick thinking

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
