As a Fraud Prevention and Detection Analyst, you analyze cases of banking and electronic fraud. You help protect the bank against emerging fraud threats. You leverage your analytical skills and decision-making abilities to manage fraud risks on a daily basis. You play a key role in preventing fraud and safeguarding our clients’ financial interests.
Night Shift Schedule: 11PM à 7AM
Your role:
- Respond to client calls regarding unusual transactions and address their concerns while providing fraud prevention guidance.
- Analyze suspicious transactions and login activities, and offer support.
- Build trust with clients and refer them to specialized colleagues when necessary.
- Review banking fraud cases and make decisions to minimize fraud impact.
- Act as a leader by advising colleagues on fraud trends and optimizing operations to improve efficiency.
Your team:
Within the Fraud Prevention and Detection sector, you are part of a dynamic team of nearly 30 colleagues and report to one of the Directors of the Digital and Banking Security team. Our team stands out for its curiosity and commitment to fulfilling our mission. It contributes to making a positive impact in people’s lives through the fraud management process.
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent academic background, and 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Experience in customer service and advisory roles.
- Experience in fraud prevention/detection or in the banking sector.
- Ability to support clients and make decisions.
- Knowledge of current banking fraud trends.
