We are looking for a staff pharmacist in an independent pharmacy in the Niagara region.

We are a compounding pharmacy passionate about our commitment to unrivalled pharmaceutical care for our patients and collaboration with local healthcare professionals.

This position entails the daily operations of the pharmacy and maintaining a professional setting for retail and community outreach. Further, as the pharmacy grows, you are to assist in our collaboration with local healthcare professionals.

EXPECTATIONS and QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of a pharmacy degree program, BSc. Pharm, PharmD or equivalent, from a Canadian or US University, is preferred.
- Registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Minimum of 1 years of licensed pharmacist experience is preferred
- Strong clinical pharmacy skills and ability to collaborate with other health care professionals
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Passion for the profession of pharmacy and patient care




- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Prior community pharmacy experience is an asset
- Experience with pharmacy software (Propel) is an asset
- PCCA certification an asset or other compounding certification (recommended)

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $53.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week

Experience:

- pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Pharmacy License (preferred)
