We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, experience in automotive repair, and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.
Duties:
- Assemble, weld, and maintain automotive components
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to engine repairs, brake replacements, suspension repairs and electrical diagnosis
- Document any other vehicle problems that were noted during servicing
- Technically competent with regard to automotive systems in general and the company's products in particular, and must continually upgrade his or her technical knowledge.
- Use dealership-specific tools, provided schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
- Communicate with parts and service advisors
- Assist the Service Advisors as required to explain complex repairs and maintenance recommendations
- Is capable of working congenially among other Technicians and Service Consultants and can help them when needed
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs required
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Troubleshoot vehicle issues and provide productive solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Perform heavy lifting as needed
Qualifications:
- 310 S Trade Certificate
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Language - English
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $45.00-$47.00 per hour
