We are seeking a skilled labourer to work for a construction & property management company in the Greater Hamilton area. The skilled labourer will deliver a smooth and steady business operation on a day to day basis in order to meet client needs and expectations. One position available, starting TODAY with a potential to become permanent.

WE DO NOT NEED CONCRETE OR LANDSCAPE WORKERS.

Requirements:

· Experience in construction, skilled labour role is a must

· Owns tools

· Self-motivating, goal – oriented worker

· Must be accustomed to taking current suggestions and work in constantly changing demands

· Passion for continuous learning and self-development

· Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle required

Responsibilities:





· Utilize construction skills to perform various renovation tasks such as demolition, framing & carpentry

· Drive to different job sites to complete projects efficiently

· Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality workmanship

· Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
