Full-Time Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years of condominium property management experience to join our growing team. The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of an assigned residential building under the direction

Qualifications and Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of condominium property management experience required
- CMRAO General Licence in good standing required
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998, condominium governance, and industry best practices
- Knowledge of building operations, maintenance programs, capital projects, and vendor management
- Experience in preparing and managing operating budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund projects




- Familiar with various Acts & Codes including, Fire Code, and Building Code,
- Proven ability to manage a property and competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent people and communication skills

Property Manager Job Duties

- Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of an assigned condominium community, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, the Fire Code, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and service providers through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance programs, capital projects, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
