Duties

- Maintain a safe aquatic environment by enforcing safety rules and emergency procedures at all times
- Prepare lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote skill development
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and team members to ensure a positive learning experience
- Keep accurate attendance records, progress reports, and safety documentation for all lessons
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching swimming to diverse age groups and skill levels
- Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and rescue techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners
- Ability to demonstrate proper swimming techniques confidently and clearly
- Active certification in lifeguarding or water safety instruction (preferred)
