Overview
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of equipment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Must have own tools, a valid Ontario Driver's license and able to travel internationally.

Duties

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to understand assembly processes.
- Fabricate and assemble parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Assist with shipping, installation and start-up of new equipment at customer locations
- Conduct quality checks to ensure conformance to design and equipment functionality to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes.




- Must be available to travel to USA and Mexico (approximately 15% to 25% travel)

Experience

- Experience in a similar role is preferred, with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Apprentice to 5 years related experience in Tool and Die, General Machining or Machine Building
- Familiarity with machining processes and understanding of tolerancing of components and machined parts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and willing to learn.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour
