About the Opportunity

Greenstaff Medical is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking to advance their careers in the United States. This opportunity is exclusively available to Canadian and Mexican citizens eligible for TN Visa sponsorship.

Placement will be determined based on clinical experience, specialty background, facility needs, and location preferences whenever possible.

Specialty Areas

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses for the following units:

- Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Emergency Department (ER)
- Operating Room (OR)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Step-Down / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare workplace. This role provides opportunities for clinical growth, advanced training, and professional development through structured orientation and mentorship programs.





Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care

QualificationsRequired

- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
