We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Experience in floor stripping and waxing is an asset

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment, including hand tools and power tools, to perform tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required for deep cleaning or maintenance tasks.




- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Familiarity with the use of various cleaning products and tools, including hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
