Job purpose

To diagnose, repair, and maintain high-pressure cleaning equipment both in the shop and at customer locations. This dual-role position requires mechanical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.

Requirements:

- Physical ability to work with your hands in various positions including overhead, lifting on a ladder or scissor lift and in semi enclosed areas. Physically fit individual is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and piping types and their installation requirements. (tubing / piping / hose identification incl. pressure, temperature, flow ratings)
- Basic understanding of fluid connectors and fasteners. (thread types, sizes, etc.)
- Basic understanding of electrical and the ability to diagnose electrical issues (wire sizing, voltage requirements / identification, components, etc.)
- Basic understanding of fluid dynamics and compressed air principles
- Basic understanding of pumps and there components
- Thorough understanding of basic hand tools and some power tools.
- Safety compliant person
- Valid Driver's License with Clean driving record is a must
- Must be able to Multitask
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to keep through records and maintain an inventory

Job Duties:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair high-pressure cleaning equipment in both field and shop environments




- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various models of pressure washers
- Travel to customer sites for equipment installations, service calls, and emergency repairs
- Test and verify repairs to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs completed, and maintenance best practices
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, time logs, and parts used
- Keep the service vehicle and/or workspace clean, organized, and stocked with tools and parts
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting when needed
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to report recurring equipment issues and customer concerns
- Support shop operations when not assigned to road service calls
