What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide advice and recommendations on insurance plans. Experience will determine focus. We offer Auto, Home, Farm, Commercial, Life, Disability and Group Benefits insurance.
- Conduct client reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect clients.
- Prospect through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound activities. - Complete risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the client experience.
- Support agency growth through retention, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- A passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- General Insurance License OR Life Insurance License is preferred.Willingness to obtain licensing within a specified period will be a condition.
