We are recruiting a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as Pet Chauffeur and Operations Assistant! This is your chance to join our team and ensure our furry clients get safely to their international destination in this part-time role (up to 20 hours per week).

In this role you will be:

Assisting Airline Staff with Security Checks:

- Ensuring that pets and their carriers meet standards set by the airline.
- Collaborating with airline staff to facilitate smooth security checks for pets and addressing any issues that may arise.

Transporting Pets:

- Safely transporting pets to and from the airport, veterinary clinic, boarding facilities, and their new home.
- Ensuring that pets are comfortable during transportation and taking measures to minimize their stress.

Coordination with Pet Relocation Coordinator:

- Maintaining regular communication with the pet relocation coordinator to update them on the status of each pet's relocation.
- Addressing any issues or discrepancies in health documents and coordinating with the coordinator for resolution.

Customer Service:





- Supporting and providing information to pet owners throughout the transportation process.
- Addressing any concerns or issues raised by pet owners during the relocation process.

What you need:

To succeed in this role, you need the following skills and experience:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in dog walking, cat care, and/or dog training.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- Be based in Mississauga, ON, or within 20-25 min away from YYZ.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for pet transportation
- Have a flexible schedule and the ability to accommodate unconventional flight schedules; no strict 9-5 availability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills and good organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-focused, and consistently dependable.
