Cafe Malabar is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.

We want to be upfront: this is a busy, physical job in a fast paced kitchen. On a busy night, dishes come quickly, the pace is demanding, and we need someone who can stay organized, keep moving, and be counted on by the rest of the team.

It's also one of the most key roles in our kitchen. A great dishwasher keeps the entire restaurant moving, and we value the people who do this work well.

The Role

- Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Keeping the dish area clean, organized, and moving during busy service
- Supporting kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Working closely with our chefs and kitchen team
- Helping wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

Restaurant experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic,



and attitude matter most. We're happy to train someone who genuinely wants to learn and be part of the team.

Schedule

- Wednesday through Sunday
- Evening shifts, approximately 5 pm to close
- Weekend availability is required
- Consistent weekly shifts available

Compensation & Perks

- $18.25 to $20.25/hour, based on experience
