We are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen & Cabinet Designer to join our design team.
This is an in office position for someone who is highly skilled, technically strong, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
We are looking for someone who knows cabinetry, understands how a design needs to translate into manufacturing, and is highly proficient in Cabinet Vision.
You may come from a traditional kitchen and cabinet design background, or from another design or technical discipline. We are looking for the right person and skill set, but the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience designing custom cabinetry and producing accurate, production-ready drawings.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and strengths, responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and design concepts
- Preparing and finalizing cabinetry designs and drawings
- Creating accurate production drawings and specifications
- Working within Cabinet Vision to prepare projects for manufacturing
- Assisting with material selection and purchasing requirements
- Coordinating customer approvals and final selections
- Collaborating with production and installation teams
- Participating in design reviews prior to production release
- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Cabinet Vision
- Experience in cabinetry, millwork, kitchen design, drafting, or related industries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
Experience Requirements
Compensation and responsibilities will be aligned with experience and skill level. We encourage applications from experienced professionals as well as individuals with transferable cabinetry and design experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
