A fun and well established (+25 years) Burnaby-based organization that distributes over 30 skateboard brands including Red Dragon, Independent, Santa Cruz, Skull Skates, Fallen and Ripndip is looking to add a new member to the team!

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Timely Invoicing & Assistance with streamlining the Fulfillment process. (Working closely with Warehouse Manager to hit shipping deadlines)
- Reviewing and analyzing shipping rates to ensure we recover shipping costs and packing supplies.
- Customer Service and support (email, phone, and online)
- Assisting Accounts Receivable (recording and preparing daily deposits) and Accounts Payable entries (entering in GL and printing cheques/EFT/e-transfer preparation)
- Assisting with all other Accounting related duties (Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Payroll)

The ideal candidate:

- is articulate and patient with customers and vendors
- is detail oriented and very organized
- proficient with data entry (40-60 wpm)
- has expertise in Excel and Outlook





Extra attention will also be given to those experienced with:

- Netsuite
- Shopify
- Asana
- Shipping/Logistics
