Elu Wellness is seeking a passionate and patient-centered Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving caseload in a supportive, collaborative, and well-established clinic environment.

Located in South Burnaby, (across Metrotown) our team handles the administrative side of your practice—including reception, booking, billing, JaneApp management, and referral coordination—so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

About Elu Wellness

We are one of the largest multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinics in the area, featuring over 15 treatment rooms and a consistently high patient demand and fully booked. You will have bookings day 1.

Our collaborative team includes physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals, creating an workplace that supports both practitioner growth and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs, including post-injury recovery and chronic conditions
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and mobility




- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to maximize recovery
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for complex cases
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to infection control protocols and clinic policies

Skills

- Proven experience working in hospital settings or acute care environments with exposure to diverse patient populations
- Strong background in pediatrics and managing pediatric patients’ physiotherapy needs
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
