Duties

- Assist skilled workers by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas in office
- Support with blueprint reading and understanding schematics to help with layout and installation tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening
- Help with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity
- Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Support carpentry tasks including drywall installation, cabinet mounting, flooring, tile laying, and framing
- Aid in plumbing, electrical, welding,



and restoration projects as directed by supervisors to expand your skill set

Requirements

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Previous construction experience or related training is a plus but not mandatory; we value motivated learners
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively within a team setting
- Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
- Willingness to operate heavy equipment under supervision when necessary
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in construction trades
