Duties:

Lead a team of 4 in operations and responsibilities of the warehouse. Work with Production and Customer Care to ensure all orders ship promptly, report back to the team of any urgent needs and issues.

Perform all tasks safely, demonstrating safe work behaviours and leading team in safe techniques.

Determine priorities for daily shipments, setting daily shipping schedule for the team, meeting with other department teams to plan and provide feedback on future orders.

Single point of contact with logistics companies, setting pick ups, tracking and deliveries.

Confirm daily paperwork completed by team and send completed information daily to the required departments.

Wil be required to step in help team in all requirements of the shipping department, packing, palletizing, loading.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:





2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience

Experience working with external logistics companies

Experience in Excel and comfortable working on spreadsheets, entering data and daily reporting of days' work.

Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. Working on feet for 8hours.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
