Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision and integrity, ensuring balanced registers at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Offer technical sales support by explaining product features and perks to customers
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Assist in inventory management,



restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise for optimal presentation
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure smooth checkout flow during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and sales calculations
- Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus; ability to conduct product demos is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $16.60 per hour
