Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Quality & Airworthiness Engineer to ensure compliance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) regulations and support aircraft return-to-service, conformity, and quality oversight activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with TCCA CARs 571 & 573 for aircraft and component airworthiness
- Perform and certify inspections, conformity checks, and return-to-service approvals
- Issue TCCA Form One and manage airworthiness documentation
- Support audits, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions
- Act as a quality interface with customers, regulators, and internal teams
- Support maintenance, backshop, and MRO quality activities
Qualifications
- TCCA AME License required
- 10+ years in aircraft quality, inspection, or maintenance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and technical documentation
- Experience with aircraft structures, systems, and precision inspection tools
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Bilingual French/English an asset

- MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat
- SAP or similar quality/maintenance systems
