About the Shop

The shop is seeking a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician in Waterloo, ON who wants steady hours, hourly pay, and no flat-rate pressure.

You’ll have 35–40+ guaranteed hours weekly and a steady workflow of 200+ vehicles per month while working on general repair, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Complete brake and suspension repairs
- Perform wheel alignments
- Handle tire service and seasonal changeovers
- Inspect and repair Domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles

Qualifications

- Valid 310S Automotive Technician license
- Robust general automotive repair skills
- Experience with brakes, suspension, tires, and alignments
- Diagnostic skills are a strong asset




- 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Red Seal certification preferred
