KIMCO Integrated Services is a growing local company serving Haliburton County and surrounding areas. We specialize in renovations, additions, garages, finish carpentry, flooring, and a variety of interior and exterior construction projects.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter’s Labourer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn and grow their skills, and takes pride in doing quality work.

About the Position

As a Carpenter’s Labourer, you will work alongside our carpenter on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects. No two days will necessarily look the same, and the successful candidate will be comfortable working in different environments and taking on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with renovations, additions, garages, and general carpentry projects
- Helping with framing, demolition, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing work
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and tools
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials under direction
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Assisting with material pickups and deliveries
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Following direction and working effectively as part of a small team
- Following all workplace and job-site safety procedures
- Performing other general labour and construction-related duties as required

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation to our West Guilford shop
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required

What We Offer

- Full-time, Monday–Friday position
- No weekend work
- $18–$28/hour based on experience
