- 4–8 years of hands-on FIS Systematics experience.
- Robust Mainframe experience with technologies such as COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and batch processing.
- Experience in Systematics development, customization, testing, and production support.
- Good understanding of core banking / financial services processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with distributed global teams.
