Job Description - Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) Business Analyst with Kinaxis experience.

Manage and coordinate enterprise supply chain planning technology initiatives using the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning applications for data center equipment supply chain operations.

- Lead post-implementation support and system enhancement activities for Kinaxis RapidResponse, including business requirements analysis, functional solution design, configuration coordination, Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), defect management, incident resolution, and production support.

- Manage technology-enabled supply and demand planning processes by translating business requirements into system-based planning solutions, including demand forecasting, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), capacity and capability planning, inventory optimization, constrained planning, and supply-demand reconciliation.

- Lead the development and implementation of exception-based planning and risk-management capabilities, including component shortage detection, lead-time violation monitoring, constrained supply allocation, pegging and traceability analysis, priority realignment, and What-If scenario simulations for supplier delays and demand fluctuations.





- Manage supply chain data analytics and reporting solutions using PLX and related data technologies, including automated ETL pipelines, data consolidation, schema alignment, data cleansing, transformation logic, KPI dashboards, equipment-readiness reporting, inventory-velocity analysis, and supply chain health monitoring.

- Lead automation initiatives involving ERP, PLM, and Kinaxis RapidResponse data integration, net-change processing, automated data validation, exception-alert configuration, energetic tolerance thresholds, status-aging and escalation workflows, and automated comparison of planning scenarios.

- Perform and oversee advanced supply chain analytics to identify shortage drivers, supplier performance issues, capacity bottlenecks, lead-time risks, forecast bias, demand-versus-actual variances, and systemic data or planning deviations, and translate findings into technology and process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, supply chain planners, engineering teams, application developers, data teams, and external partners to define project scope, prioritize requirements, manage risks and dependencies, track project milestones, validate system deliverables, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise supply chain planning technology solutions.
