Dayforce Position Management Consultant
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Dayforce Position Management Consultant for a 3 month contract role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Dayforce Position Management Consultant - Job Description:
Seeking a Dayforce Position Management Consultant to design, configure, test, and support Dayforce Position Management solutions. The project involves ensuring alignment with the organization's workforce structure and business requirements, focusing on accurate configuration and maintenance within Dayforce.

Dayforce Position Management Consultant - Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain positions, jobs, organizational structures, reporting relationships, and position attributes within Dayforce
- Advise on Dayforce Position Management best practices and scalable design
- Support the full position lifecycle, including creation, approvals, changes, vacancies, and closures
- Ensure alignment between Position Management and other Dayforce modules, including HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Compensation
- Develop and execute configuration testing; support SIT/UAT activities and defect resolution
- Troubleshoot Position Management configuration and data issues
- Create configuration documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials




- Partner with project teams and client stakeholders through implementation, go-live, and post-production support

Dayforce Position Management Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

- Direct, hands-on Dayforce Position Management configuration and design experience
- Strong understanding of position lifecycle processes and cross-module alignment (HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation)
- Experience with configuration testing, SIT/UAT execution, and defect resolution
- Ability to produce clear configuration and process documentation
- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder partnership skills through implementation and go-live

Dayforce Position Management Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Additional Dayforce module experience — HR Core and Workforce Management (WFM) preferred
- Experience supporting post-production/hypercare periods following go-live

Dayforce Position Management Consultant – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from September 14 to December 31, 2026.

Remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Candidates with US knowledge are also considered.
