Job Summary
The Delivery Expert’s role is crucial within the Domino’s system. With the majority of orders leaving the store for delivery, the Delivery Expert’s job is to get the order to the customer quickly and safely, and with a smile. Delivery Experts are provided the necessary training in order to quickly and correctly assemble delivery orders, locate the location of the delivery, deliver the orders and present them to our customers in a friendly, cordial manner.

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Familiar with local streets and areas.
- Must have your own vehicle.
- Solid communication skills.
- Friendly personality, and outstanding customer service skill is a must.
- Willing to improve and learn.
- Open to constructive criticism.

Job Duties:

- Professionalism in customer service
- Accept payment or invoices for items delivered
- Keep a record of items received and delivered
- Load and unload goods
- Sort packages for delivery or food orders
- Follow directions and read maps




- Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and tips, and any problems
- Receive payments for goods and maintain proper records according to company policies and best practices
- Do dishes and help with veggie prep
- Answer phone calls and take orders from the customers
- Pass completed orders to customers
- Receive payment for pick up orders
- Help clean and take out cardboards and garbage

​This position is available for full-time and part-time, compensation will be decided base on experience and qualifications. On-the-job training will be provided.
