- Use Amadeus GDS for booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring the best deals and travel experiences for clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and offering solutions to travel-related issues.
- Tailor travel itineraries to suit individual client preferences and requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest travel advisories, regulations, and restrictions.
- Efficiently handle unexpected travel changes or emergencies for clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Amadeus Global Distribution System.
- At least 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients.
- Robust organizational skills,
with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changes quickly.
