Full Time Senior Luxury Watch Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and client-focused Full Time Luxury Watch Specialist to join our team.

This position is well suited to a professional seeking a consistent, full-time career in a sophisticated retail environment. Previous luxury retail, jewellery, and watch experience is required. We are particularly interested in candidates who are personable, professional, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy working with people.

As a member of our sales team, you will help create an exceptional experience for every client who enters our boutique. You will develop deep expertise in presenting luxury timepieces and fine jewellery, guide clients throughout their purchasing journey, and build a thorough understanding of the craftsmanship, heritage, and stories behind the brands we represent.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment and will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm while contributing to an elevated boutique experience.
- Compose themselves in a well groomed, neat and tidy appearance and polished manner embodying a luxury experience.
- Assist clients with luxury timepieces and fine jewellery, providing thoughtful and personalized service.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and confidently communicate the craftsmanship, heritage, materials, and features of the brands and products we represent.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for watch clients.
- Assist with sales transactions and POS operations with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail, including CRM data entry.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries in-store, by telephone, and through digital channels.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the boutique,



including jewellery and watch displays.
- Assist with merchandising, product organization, restocking, and general boutique upkeep.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events, including the holiday season.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

- Previous luxury retail, jewellery, and watch sales experience is required.
- A genuine interest in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality, and client service.
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy retail setting.
- Solid product knowledge of luxury watches, or a demonstrated ability to quickly develop detailed product expertise.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy when handling transactions.
- Comfortable using computers and retail technology; experience with POS or CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, heightened discretion, and composure in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Available to commit to a full-time schedule, including regular retail hours.

Compensation
To be determined based on experience.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule, including regular daytime, evening, and Saturday retail hours as required by the boutique. Extended availability will be required during the holiday season and other peak retail periods.
