Deep Sea Media / Deep Sea Network is looking for appointment setters, closers, DM setters, and full-cycle salespeople.

This is not for someone looking for a comfortable hourly job.

This is for someone who knows how to create conversations, follow up properly, communicate with business owners, and turn attention into revenue.

We sell high-value business services:

Paid advertising
Websites
AI audits
Custom AI agents
Business automation
AI integration projects

Our lowest-ticket service starts at $3,000.

That means you are not selling cheap offers, low-value products, or random online services. We have been in the advertising industry since 1919.

We are hiring for four roles:

Appointment setters
You start conversations, qualify prospects, and book calls.

Closers
You speak with qualified prospects and close deals.

DM setters
You create and manage conversations through DMs, qualify interest, and create sales opportunities.

Full-cycle salespeople
You handle the full process: prospecting, booking, follow-up, and closing.

The more of the sales process you can own, the more valuable you are.

This will be mostly outbound in the beginning.

Roughly 90% outbound and 10% inbound to start.

Lead sources may include Google Maps, business lists, social media, referrals, paid ads, internal lead sheets, and direct prospecting.

We are open to salespeople globally.

You can sell in your native language if that helps you reach your market, as long as the client/contact can communicate with our team in English and the final project delivery is handled in English.

Full-time prioritized.





Part-time may be considered if you are experienced, consistent, and can produce real results.

This is commission-only.

Every service has its own commission structure, so after you APPLY and we connect through, we will send you the full commission sheet privately.

Appointment setters, closers, DM setters, and full-cycle salespeople are paid differently because each role carries a different level of responsibility.

Full-cycle salespeople who source, set, and close their own deals will have the highest earning structure.

Your key performance indicators will depend on your role.

Setters and DM setters will be measured on quality conversations, qualified opportunities, booked calls, show-up quality, and follow-up consistency.

Closers will be measured on call quality, close rate, deal value, follow-up quality, and professionalism.

Full-cycle salespeople will be measured on prospecting output, booked calls, closed deals, pipeline management, follow-up quality, and consistency.

We are looking for people who are sharp, professional, organized, and serious about building long-term earning potential around high-value services.

Not lazy.
