Service Director – Sun City Ford

Southern Alberta | Full-Time, Permanent
$90,000–$110,000 annually + Benefits + Pension

Sun City Ford is looking for an experienced Service Director to lead our Service Department and drive performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

This is a leadership role for someone who knows dealership fixed operations, expects accountability, develops strong employees, and understands how to build a profitable service department without sacrificing the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 5 years of automotive service experience

· Proven dealership leadership or management experience

· Strong track record of outstanding customer service

· Ford dealership experience is a strong asset

· Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable

· Solid understanding of labour sales, gross profit, productivity, efficiency, CSI, and customer retention

· Ability to manage a fast-paced service operation and make decisions based on results

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the overall performance of the Service Department

· Coach and develop Service Advisors, technicians, and support staff

· Drive customer satisfaction and retention

· Monitor labour sales, gross profit, productivity, efficiency, and departmental KPIs

· Improve workflow, scheduling,



and shop capacity

· Recruit and retain strong employees

· Maintain Ford standards and warranty processes

· Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement

· Work closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership management to achieve overall dealership goals

Compensation

$90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
