The Role
We’re looking for a full-time sales associate to join our Layered Charm CF Chinook Centre team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, confident, and driven by results — someone who enjoys building relationships, offering styling advice, and providing memorable in-person shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting jewelry pieces.
- Share product knowledge and the meaning behind our designs to create engaging, memorable interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and upselling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and merchandising.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For





- Retail sales experience preferred (jewelry or fashion experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic mall environment.
- Available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

- Full-time position (approximately 35–40 hours per week).
