Metro Ford is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Parts Shipper / Receiver to join our Parts Department.

This is a hands-on role that is essential to keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming parts, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and making sure our Service, Sales, Body Shop, and Parts teams have what they need when they need it.

What You’ll Do

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy, damage, shortages, and discrepancies
- Unpack shipments and stock parts in the correct bin locations
- Process receiving documentation accurately and report any errors or shortages
- Package, label, and prepare parts for outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading
- Assist drivers with loading and securing outgoing deliveries
- Pick, prepare, and stage parts orders for Parts Advisors and Technicians
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper bin locations
- Monitor back orders and follow up as required
- Help organize and maintain parts storage areas, bins, sheds, and displays
- Work with Service, Sales, and Body Shop teams to ensure parts are available when needed
- Communicate order status, delays, shortages, and other issues to the appropriate team members
- Use dealership systems and parts catalogues to look up, receive, and issue parts
- Maintain accurate shipping, repair order,



special order, and back-order documentation
- Assist with cashiering duties when required
- Help your teammates during busy periods and wherever an extra set of hands is needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- 1+ year of automotive parts or inventory experience preferred

Work Location: In person

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
