Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including training development
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to fabricate solutions to address safety issues effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to speak English & French

In accordance with pay transparency requirements, a salary range/hourly rate range has been provided. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
