Bunner's is a well known vegan and gluten-free bakeshop in the heart of Kensington Market. We provide a fun, energized workplace and we aim to offer the very best customer service we can.

We are looking for someone with management/supervisor and customer service experience.; preferably in the food industry.

You would be responsible for:

- Managing a team of 2-4 part time and full time employees.
- Oversee the front of house ensuring it is clean, appropriately staffed, and employees are fully trained
- Delegate and follow up that all required FOH cleaning, restocking, communicating, tracking etc... tasks are completed to the expected standard.
- Oversee customer service in person and via email (requests and complaints)
- Answer phone and take customer orders when required
- Liaise with our delivery company as required.
- Planning for and executing the smooth operation of a holiday peak week.
- Clear communication with the bake team for product needs, and quality issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service as per the standards of the company




- Handle cash transactions in store, maintain and oversee correctly balanced tills for the company.
- Make change at the bank when required, facilitate cash drops when needed.

This position is a set schedule 9am - 5pm. Wednesday- Sunday.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
